Per county it has unrepaired sinkhole activity!
The report the county has on file is from 2008 but as per Seller: Someone claimed it was a sinkhole to get insurance $. Geological study completed three years ago stated that it isn’t a sinkhole. Apparently the guy who did the study died and reports were lost. Most likely study would need to be redone to get it off the books as a sinkhole. Owners can’t complete the project.
